  • At On Your Marks Fitness, this isn’t a copy-and-paste plan. You get fully customised training and nutrition guidance built around your lifestyle — not the other way around. Everything is designed for you to succeed. You’re never left guessing — you’re supported every step of the way.

  • No — you can choose between a home or gym-based plan. During your onboarding, you’ll fill in a short form about your equipment, schedule and goals. From there, I create a programme that suits your setup. Many clients have achieved incredible transformations with just dumbbells or resistance bands from home.

  • Absolutely. This isn’t a restrictive “eat chicken and broccoli” style plan. I’ll teach you how to enjoy real food, include treats, and still make progress — even on weekends. You’ll learn how to build long-term habits instead of relying on willpower. And with weekly accountability and support from me, you’ll never be left to figure it out alone.
