No — you can choose between a home or gym-based plan. During your onboarding, you’ll fill in a short form about your equipment, schedule and goals. From there, I create a programme that suits your setup. Many clients have achieved incredible transformations with just dumbbells or resistance bands from home.

Absolutely. This isn’t a restrictive “eat chicken and broccoli” style plan. I’ll teach you how to enjoy real food, include treats, and still make progress — even on weekends.
